MyWard is a service operated by Forward Outreach Foundation, Inc., doing business as Seedlabs.
By accessing or using MyWard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MyWard is a ward management platform designed to assist leaders and members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in coordinating ministering assignments, meetings, tasks, and member communication within a local ward unit. Access is by invitation only.
The Service is intended for authorized ward administrators, leaders, and members of wards registered on the platform who have been granted access by their ward administrator.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:
Member data imported into MyWard originates from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' LCR system. Ward administrators are responsible for ensuring data is managed in accordance with Church data policies. Seedlabs processes this data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
By providing a phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from MyWard related to ward meetings and task reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting myward@seedlabs.org. Phone numbers will not be used for any purpose other than ward-related notifications.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at myward@seedlabs.org if you become aware of unauthorized access.
The MyWard platform is the property of Forward Outreach Foundation, Inc. Conference talk content is sourced from churchofjesuschrist.org and remains the property of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Seedlabs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forward Outreach Foundation, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. Ward administrators may request removal of their ward's data by contacting myward@seedlabs.org.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
